Gochujang Tuna

Ingredients Amount
Good Catch® Plant-Based Tuna Flake, (1 full saddlebag) 1133 grams
Gochujang paste 215 grams
Extra-virgin olive oil 45 grams
Toasted sesame oil 15 grams
Ume plum vinegar 40 grams
Tamari 30 grams
Agave syrup 15 grams
Smoked paprika 30 grams
Scallions, thinly sliced 250 grams
Black sesame seeds 35 grams

METHOD:

  1. Thaw tuna in the refrigerator overnight.

  2. Prepare a sauce by whisking together the gochujang, olive oil, sesame oil, vinegar, paprika, tamari and agave.

  3. Pour sauce over tuna and mix well to combine and coat tuna.

  4. Gently fold in scallions and sesame seeds.
