Good Catch® Plant-Based Tuna Flake, (1 full saddlebag) 1133 grams
Olive Oil 20 grams
Fine sea salt 7 grams
Ground black pepper 8 grams
Lemon zest 25 grams
Lemon juice 35 grams
Plant-based mayonnaise 375 grams
Non-pareil capers, drained 155 grams
Dijon mustard 50 grams
Horseradish, drained 80 grams
Fresh flat-leaf parsley, chiffonaded 35 grams
Fresh dill, chiffonaded 40 grams
Celery, small dice 325 grams
Scallions, thinly sliced 150 grams

METHOD:

  1. Thaw tuna in the refrigerator overnight.

  2. In a large bowl, gently toss together tuna with olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and lemon zest.

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, capers, horseradish, parsley and dill. Pour dressing over tuna.

  4. Gently fold in celery and scallions.

  5. Taste and re-season if desired.
